VSP also offers a Rate Request Form for your clients with 10 to 499 employees, and contact information to request customized proposals for clients with 500+ employees.

VSP makes it easy to present our plans to your clients with our downloadable VSP Signature Plan^SM and VSP Signature Choice Plan^SM proposals. The proposals outline the value of a VSP eyecare benefit, as well as the administrative and benefit options available to clients.

Doctor Directory
With the Doctor Directory, it couldn't be easier to create a personalized directory for your clients. Select the network, then choose whether to create the directory by city, state or within a specified radius of a street address. You can even add your name and the client's name before downloading or printing.
