VSP Signature Plan^SM
If your client is looking for a comprehensive full-service plan providing choice, flexibility and maximum value, our popular Signature Plan is the plan to fit your client's needs.

The plan provides a thorough exam and either a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses or an allowance for contact lens services and materials. In addition, members have access to a wide selection of stylish frames, plus discounts on lens options, additional pairs of prescription glasses and non-covered contact lens services.

For members interested in laser vision correction, the included Laser VisionCare program provides savings averaging 15 percent off contracted laser centers' prices for laser vision correction surgery or an additional five percent off the center's promotional price.

The Signature Plan also provides access to VSP's full nationwide network of more than 32,000 doctor access points in retail, professional and community settings.

VSP Plans & Enhancements
VSP offers a wide range of plans and a comprehensive selection of plan enhancements to fit every client's needs. In addition to our Signature Plan, VSP also offers flexible benefits through our Exam Plus, Value, and Signature Choice plans.

• The Signature Choice Plan (available with a January 1, 2007 effective date) is a full-service plan that provides comprehensive coverage, choice and value for your clients. The plan provides a thorough exam and either a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses or an allowance for contact lens services and materials. The plan also offers a variety of value-added benefits, such as 20 percent discount on lens options and access to doctors participating in VSP's Choice Network.
  
• The Exam Plus Plan provides a thorough exam with discounts on a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses and contact lens exams (fitting and evaluation). Optional upgrades offer an additional allowance to be used toward the purchase of eyeglasses or contacts as well as access to doctors participating in the VSP Network.
  

In addition to the VSP Specialty Care Programs described below, VSP also offers the following plan enhancements. Please note, some plan enhancements and specialty care programs may not be available with all VSP plans; please contact your VSP representative for additional information.

• Covered Contacts - full coverage for contact lens services and materials beyond that covered in the core plan

Laser VisionCare^SM

The plan also includes educational materials for those interested in finding out more.

Computer VisionCare^SM
Computer Vision Syndrome, a condition that encompasses a wide range of issues related to prolonged computer use, is America's number one office health complaint and VSP offers a program specifically designed to help prevent, manage and treat the symptoms.

The plan includes an eye exam with a VSP network doctor specifically trained to detect eye health and vision issues attributable to regular computer use. In addition, the doctor will provide expert advice on minimizing eye fatigue and irritation. The plan also includes coverage for computer eyeglasses, if prescribed by the doctor to alleviate the symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome.

Safety EyeCare^SM
For employees requiring on-the-job eye protection, VSP's Safety EyeCare provides an extra measure of prevention.

Primary EyeCare^SM
Paired with a VSP eyecare plan, Primary EyeCare goes beyond the routine eye exam to provide high-quality and cost-effective early detection, treatment and monitoring of certain medical eye conditions and urgent eyecare needs.
