2.	Choose the option below that represents the type of directory you are looking for.
3.	Enter the search criteria and submit.

Click a state below to run a complete directory of VSP network doctors for that state.

To find VSP network doctors located in a specific city, enter the City and State information and click Submit.

Tip: Need to get a listing for multiple City/States? Try setting the "Maximum Travel Distance" on the Address Search Tab.

Tip: Try the "Nearby Doctor" button on the Member Detail screen available through Eligibility Management to quickly create a doctor directory for a specific member.

To find VSP network doctors located closest to a specific address, enter the Street Address, City and State, and click Submit.

You can widen or narrow your search by adjusting the Maximum Travel Distance.

Tip: Try the "Nearby Doctor" button on the Member Detail screen available through Eligibility Management to quickly create a doctor directory for a specific member.

To locate a specific VSP network doctor or location in a specific state, enter the Doctor or Location Name and select a State.
